The dances taught in this course include Waltz, Tango, and Quickstep (Standard) and Rumba, Cha Cha, and Jive (Latin). The Marching Illini Color Guard Auditions consist of technique, fundamentals, and learning the audition routine, including drop spins, peggy spins, pop tosses, single, single and a half, double, and technique 45 tosses, You will not be required to choreograph routines during the audition.
