It does look good when done right but if its not perfect will always look not perfect and as a buyer I would notice this. That being said EPOXY grout can solve your dirty white grout issues. I will say that high-contrast grout requires a PERFECT tile job, since every little grout line is so visible, and its really obvious if some of the tiles are even sliiiightly unevenly spaced.
